HOW AN ALUMINIUM ROLLER SHUTTER IS MADE
THE FIRST STEP IN THE PROCESS:
PROFILING
Profiling is the first step in the manufacture of an aluminium roller shutter. At this stage, the raw material, i.e. the aluminium strip, passes through the profiling machine and is shaped and filled with polyurethane foam, creating the roller shutter slat.
OUR PRODUCTION
THE SHAPE OF QUALITY: ASSEMBLY
With the aid of specialized machinery, the profiles are cut to size and automatically assembled to make the shutter fabric. This will then be equipped with the relevant fittings, depending on the specific order.
CARE AND SAFETY: PACKAGING
The product is then packaged with care, using custom packaging that provides adequate protection during handling and transport.
