DUERO 40 consists of an aluminium roller shutter profile with a high-density polyurethane foam interlayer interlocked with a self-extinguishing PVC profile. The central cavity between the two materials creates a honeycomb air space. The aluminium profile is filled with polyurethane foam with a density of 160 kg/m3. The profile size is 9 x 40 mm, unlike the Duero 55, which is 13 x 55 mm.
Thanks to its PVC-aluminium two-component structure, this profile interrupts thermal transmission between the external and internal environment, preventing heat loss.
