The tenth edition of Yed, the trade fair for aluminium, iron, wood and PVC window and door professionals, closed its doors today at the Vicenza Exhibition Centre. The exhibition, open to all players in the sector, brought together those who produce, market or install windows and doors on the one hand and suppliers of hardware and fittings on the other.

Hundreds of visitors were registered during the event at the Pinto stand, where all the novelties introduced by the Vallo di Diano company were on display.  In fact, the Vicenza stand showcased the already well-known innovative solutions by Pinto that have revolutionized the sun protection and shading systems market. At a time when there is talk of building bonuses, energy price increases and sustainability, the benefits of ‘Pinto’ shutters fully meet modern living requirements.

The shading systems produced by the Vallo di Diano company based in Polla (SA) and Polesine Zibello (PR), offer considerable advantages for energy saving and thermal insulation of homes, but that’s not all; these types of shutters also allow a reduction in the emission of pollutants to the benefit of the environment. In fact, sustainability, an increasingly important topic in all production and distribution sectors, was the focus of the three-day event in terms of both transport and exhibition stands.

With ‘Arialuce’, Pinto wins the Yed Award in the ‘Best Finished Product’ category

The icing on the cake was finally the ‘Yed Award’. Arialuce, nominated for the ‘Best Finished Product’ category, has won the prestigious award that rewards the commitment of exhibiting companies and the innovation of their products. The competition, born in 2019, attributes through the judgement of a careful and qualified team of industry experts and organizational staff, the best combination of corporate philosophy, exhibition presence and sustainability.

“Arialuce is the team success that makes us protagonists and unique in the world of shutters,” says sales manager Angelo Pinto, present at the award ceremony in Vicenza. Here, a highly qualified and super partes jury, made up of a lecturer, an architect, a designer, a technician and the editorial staff of Nuova Finestra and Showroom Porte e Finestre, awarded the prestigious prize.
