Last night, more than 1,425,000 viewers watched the popular TV programme hosted by Max Giusti on Rai 2, starring our general manager Angelo Pinto.  An excellent result, but above all a great satisfaction for our reality, rich in professionalism and in people with stories and feelings capable of making a company great.

“Boss in Incognito”, uno dei programmi di punta di Rai2, è un docu-reality che racconta realtà aziendali italiane d’eccellenza con imprenditori ed operai che, con il loro lavoro, fanno grande il nostro Paese. Come la Pinto srl che, guidata da Angelo Pinto, insieme al fratello Nicola e al padre Giuseppe, conta circa 300 dipendenti e 50 impianti produttivi, dislocati nei 3 stabilimenti di Polla (SA), Fidenza (PR) e Mediglia (MI).

Undercover Boss, one of Rai 2’s top programmes, is a docu-reality that features Italian companies of excellence with entrepreneurs and workers who, with their work, make our country great. Such as Pinto srl, which is led by Angelo Pinto, together with his brother Nicola and father Giuseppe, has around 300 employees and 50 manufacturing facilities, located in the three plants of Polla (SA), Fidenza (PR) and Mediglia (MI).

Angelo Pinto, the company’s general manager, disguised and with a new identity and physical appearance, worked alongside 4 of his employees pretending to be an apprentice. Similarly, Max Giusti, took the field by transforming himself into Jose, a worker of Chilean origin, who will go on a mission on behalf of the boss to discover one of his company’s historic productions. The workers, busy working with their boss or with Max Giusti (both disguised), were told – so as not to arouse their suspicions – that ‘Missione lavoro’ was being filmed, a new factual series that showcases the world of Italian entrepreneurship and work at a difficult time full of challenges, not only for companies but for the whole country. In the episode, as usual, there was no lack of twists and turns and emotions…
